WHAT IS YOUR ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE?
At Finest Aquariums, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Most businesses' DOA policy only covers 2 hours after delivery. We believe that this just isn't enough time to show symptoms of not making it through a shipment.
Finest Aquariums guarantees all live shipments for 24 hours after first attempted delivery time.
Yup, that's right. Our ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE IS 1 DAY, not 2 hours like most places.

Coral Photos must be sent under blue lights and under white lights. If you are experiencing a DOA situation, please email us photos of the item, along with your tank parameters and date of tests last taken. You can also use the DOA FORM link on the website under the SHIPPING, DOAs & Credits tab.

DOA claims will not be automatically honored during extreme weather, mechanical failure or any other reasons out of all of our control. Basically, if UPS won't cover the guarantee, we will evaluate if we will cover the loss. This doesn't happen too often, but when it does, it usually happens around Major Holidays, Snow/Ice storms, and UPS Mechanical Breakdowns. If any of this happens to you, please contact us and let us know. We will try to work it out with you.

We address all DOA claims on a case by case basis.

Approved DOA claims will be processed as store credit only.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
All items are shipped NEXT DAY AIR overnight using UPS as the preferred carrier. The costs for shipping is $50 FLAT RATE which includes the box, heat or cold packs and packing materials.
Rarely, we will ship locally UPS Ground if we deem fit for that shipping route. Usually this can occur during the Spring and Fall months, depending on weather.
For orders OVER $399, shipping and handling IS FREE!
Please understand, average shipping alone costs $50-120 depending on where the item is going, not counting the costs of coolers, boxes, packing, heat packs, ice packs, packing materials, etc. We try our best to keep shipping costs reasonable for everyone,
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We understand the excitement of receiving your aquatic treasures. Our team works diligently to process and ship your items as quickly as possible. We ship NEXT DAY AIR via UPS for all live shipments. For example, if we ship on Tuesday, you will receive your package on Wednesday. Orders typically take 1 business day to arrive to your door. On the rare case of a delayed shipment, please keep in contact with us so we can monitor the process. We pack anticipating a delay, just to be safe. Some coral will do better than others during shipping delays. Please be patient, and contact us with any problems. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Delivery times vary dependent on your location.
DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, HAWAII or INTERNATIONALLY?
NO we do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Internationally. We ship to the lower 48 states only. Hawaii state laws prohibits the hobbies quite extensively. Shipping to Alaska and Puerto Rico costs significant more money and there is no guarantee of next day air shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
At Finest Aquariums, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll help you find a solution. Please DO NOT send back any corals, fish, plants or anything else WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL. We cannot accept it. Contact us if you have any questions or problems.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
In the event a refund is approved for an intended purchase, DOA, or similar, the refund will be issued AS CREDIT for the purchase price of the items, unless expressly written otherwise from us.
Credit will be given for items purchased only, SHIPPING EXCLUDED.
